We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.

2005 Winnebago Vectra 40AD 40FT with 3 slides, 400hp ISL 8.9 liter Cummins diesel with the Alison 6speed Auto Trans.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to work.
This motorhome was just driven approx 200 miles with no issues.
There is a basement HVAC unit that tries to function, the fan motor that blows air to keep the ac cool does not run, however the fan that blow air inside does work, so it blows air but not cold air. The basement AC or HVAC unit may possible could be repaired by replacing the blower motor, but, the whole unit has to be removed and disassembled and repaired. It is a little rusty so it could be not easy, meaning it might just be better to replace the whole basement HVAC unit, which is approx $3700 plus about 3 or so hours labor.. 
The water system should work, it was winterized at the auction. The electric water pump was disconnected when winterized. 
It has Goodyear Front 2011 date code tires and the rear tires look to be newer but the date codes are turned in so we could not view the date code of the rear tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The fridge works.

There is a dishwasher that we did not check and the latch that holds shut or closed is broken and there is an extra latch installed to keep it closed.

The LP system, water heater, furnace and stove top try to function but the LP tank is empty.

A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The hydraulic jacks work.

The fuel gauge shows over full, so I am assuming that the fuel guage does not function properly. The generator will run as long as sitting still, like when the fuel sloshes around air gets in the line, so the fuel level is probably 1/4 tank or so, also meaning the fuel gauge needs to be replaced. 

The main awning is electric but it does not seem to function and we did not check further, it could be as simple as a fuse or maybe need a new awning electric motor.

The Onan diesel generator runs.

There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.

The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.

The electric steps are bent but could be straighten and the electric step motor kit needs to be replaced.

We do not normally check the TVs, radio or the electronics.

We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 19 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
