We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.

This is an American Tradition 40ft with 2 Slides, Cummins 350hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan Diesel gen works.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof AC units that work.
The LP system Furnace, Water Heater and Stove top try to function but it is out of the LP gas. There are two furnace heaters that function.
It has old tires and they need to be replaced, approx $2400 for 6 new.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.

The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225. 

The radio turns on.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.

The tachometer, miles and the oil pressure gauge do not appear to be functioning. The air pressure, volt and temp gauges all work. The fuel gauge shows empty but the generator is running and the generator typically cuts off around 1/4 tank of fuel. The engine runs and drives as it should, no worries. Plenty of power, runs and dives smooth. There is a control box for the gauges mounted underneath the dash that appears to make the gauges function proper. The control box for the gauges can be rebuild for approx $500 and that should make the remaining gauges function.

The ABS light is on, typically, there is a bad sensor on one of the wheels.

The engine or dash AC fan does not blow, there is probably a blown fuse or similar.

Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.

The jacks work.

The carpet is the original and looks pretty decent for the age as you can see in the photos.

The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.

There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 23 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Full tank of Diesel and LP.

New tires

Have the control box for the gauges rebuilt

Replace one ABS sensor
