We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This is a Georgie Boy by Cruise Master LE with 3 Slides, model 3640, 36ft long. 

Only 31k miles 
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: 
The Chevy V8 8.1 liter 496 cubic inch engine runs good. 
The transmission shifts good. 
The Onan gen works. 
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold. 
This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues. 
There are 2 roof AC units that work. 
The LP system tries to work, Water Heater and Stove top, but it is out of the LP gas. 
It has NEW tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The water system works. 
The fridge works. 
The jacks do not turn on. 
The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225. 
The radio works.

The batteries may need to be replaced, they are older. 
The main awning works with new canvas material, however the electric motor needs to be replaced since it is very weak.

The roof is solid and appears to have new wood and new rubber coating.

The back up monitor turns on but no picture, the back up camera is most likely bad.  
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. 
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. 
We did NOT check anything else. 
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.  
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. 
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 20 years old and used. 
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell. 
For the buy it now price of $23999 we will include the following: 
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator 
Wiper replacement 
Used power cord.  

Functional batteries
Full of gas and LP.

Try to get the jacks working.

Replace the 12 volt awning motor

Replace the back up camera
