We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
This is a 2006 Coachmen Freelander with 1 Slide, model 3100SO, 31ft long.
Only 49k miles
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The Ford V10 engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan 4k gen works with approx 350 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to blow cold thru the defrost vents, typically this means that the vacuum hose needs to be replaced.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There is a roof AC unit that works.
The LP system works, furnace, Water Heater and Stove top function try to function but it OUT of LP gas, we checked it with one of our bottles.
It has the 2022 tires on it.
The microwave does NOT turn on.
The water system should work, it was winterized at the auction.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 30 amp.
The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.
The slide motor is weak, you just have to assist the slide to extend and retract.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 20 years old and used.
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Replace the batteries
Full of GAS and LP
