We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.
You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.
We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
This camper is a 2015 Keystone Springdale 311RE, approx 35ft and the UVW is approx 8400LBS.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is roof AC unit that works.
The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top do function with our LP tank but the LP bottles are missing.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works on LP, but the electric element needs to be replaced or similar.
The awning works as you can see in the photos.
The tires have older date codes and should be replaced.
The power cord and LP tanks are missing.
Sometimes the battery may be missing and or weak and may need to be replaced.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
You can pick up the camper anytime during our business hours M-F.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.

This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
