We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
This is a ACE by Thor with 1 Slide, model 29.2, 29ft long.
Only 38k miles
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
The Ford V10 engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan gen runs and makes power but needs a carb and or electric fuel pump with approx 480 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome seems to be solid, like no big soft spots or water damage, it is just rough and lived in. With some work it could be made nice again.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There is a roof AC unit that seems to work at the time of this listing, however the temps have not been above 50 degrees so it is hard to tell if the air gets cold, it blows air, we are just unable to tell if it blows cold air.
The LP system tries to work, Water Heater and Stove top, but it is out of the LP gas.
It has the original date code tires, so, it needs new tires or approx $2100 or so.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system should work, it was winterized at the auction.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225.
The radio turns on.
The interior is pretty rough, as you can tell, like maybe pet odor and cigarette smell.
The slide will move in and out, it like pops and makes noise, it kinda of works. We think that it may need the metal piece that goes up and down beside the slide, the motors and tracks seem to be ok. Again, it will go in and our but makes lots of noise and needs a little assistance.
The batteries may need to be replaced, they are older.
The main awning works, the material is the original and has a few holes in it but is still very functional.
We have the keys.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.

The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 10 years old and used.
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
