We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.

This is a Georgetown by Forest River with 3 Slides, bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms, model 364, 37ft long. 

Only 20k miles, the bank or Nada Retail value with the addition of the low miles and no other options is $110k and the wholesale value with miles and no other options is $75k. 
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: 
The Ford V10 runs good. 
The transmission shifts good. 
The Onan 5500 gen works with less than 100 hours. 
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold. 
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues. 
There are 2 roof AC units that work. 
The LP system tries to work, Water Heater and Stove top, but it is out of the LP gas. 
It has the original tires on it, so, it needs new tires or approx $2000 for all 6.
The microwave does not turn on. 
The water system works. 
The fridge works. 
The jacks work. 
The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225. 
The radio is missing.

The batteries may need to be replaced, they are older. 
The main awning works, the material is the original and has a few holes in it but is still very functional.  
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. 
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. 
We did NOT check anything else. 
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.  
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. 
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 7 years old and used. 
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell. 
For the buy it now price of $84999 we will include the following: 
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator 
Wiper replacement 

Full of LP gas and gasoline for the engine
Used power cord.  
New wipers

New tires

Replace batteries

 Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
